You have pointed out the really important stuff of life.
Who we are, our identity, avalanches what we do, our income.

This may be your best “copy” ever.

Thank you for all of your email efforts and sharp thinking.

    And….Merry Christmas to you too.

  2. Denny says:

    Clayton:

I’ve seen that before but it always rings so true. May you, Wendy and your kids and grandkids have a blessed Christmas and fabulous New Year.

    Your old buddy Denny.

  3. Merry Christmas Clayton, Wendy, and everyone!

Knowing your feelings about political correctness, I just can’t pass up the opportunity to send you this wish:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender neutral, celebration of the summer solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or conditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. And a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling, and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2010, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make our country truly democratic, and without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith, or choice of computer platform of the wishee.

By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these terms: This greeting is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for her/himself or others, is void where prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year, or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher.

Have a happy holiday and a prosperous New Year!

  7. Clayton,

With the things happening in our government today and the apparent economic turmoil – I am worried next year we won’t have some of these blessings.

I want to say thank you for NewsBLARG.

However, if the troops don’t start organizing.. Paul, Warren, Kucinich, Makepeace, etc into one cohesive unit then it’s all for naught.

We need to start impeaching representatives every time they lie, cheat, and steal the American people.

Newsblarg needs to become a physical paper that can be easily consumed by the masses which can be funded with a small subscription fee.

Newsblarg needs to become a daily news media channel which can be funded with advertisements.

I’m watching our great country go down in flames – with every single bill being passed.. the middle class gets weaker and weaker.. the very fiber that holds out country together.. and creates opportunities be politically vocal, have safe streets, and essentially is the “American Dream”.

    Christopher
