I'd like to address Ruth's comment, if I may.
Ruth you may want to try diclosing '7 Common Mistakes a Home Buyer Makes,' or turn it around and make it '7 Common Mistakes People Make When Selling Their Home.'  Do some research and ensure that it's factual, and then use it as a platform to generate interest.  'Give' the information away, for any investment into your potential clients will make them want to invest into you as well (at least more than the 'other guy' who isn't offering anything).

Using the article above there are many more leads you can create with a home buying/selling atmosphere.
