This week’s issue is easy.
Watch the video!
See that video link in the narrow column to the right?
Give it a click … watch the video … and give what I say a good think.
How could this idea make you a fortune on your next promo?
Come back here and let’s discuss.

I had never seen Clayton speak before and I was a little surprised at how warm he is as a speaker. I think more video content would be a good idea - I know its a hassle to create it and all - but when you are asking people for $6500.oo you DO want them to feel a little warm and fuzzy… Video can help there.

Clayton? Birthday? The man may be a year older, but his wisdom is ageless. Wishing you a great year, Big Guy! With best regards, Linda Byam

Thanks, Clayton–Happy Belated birthday, by the way!
Thanks for the video too–definitely food for thought. One of my best clients just cancelled me for the year because of the recession, so the timing for the video was perfect.

I watched the video and you gave me an idea to try with each of the original paintings I do. Thanks.

Hi Clayton, and Happy Birthday!
I already read the book a couple of months ago and have been implimenting it into my own work and for me it was a breath of fresh air to watch your video and see that you promote this book, especially since I have been using it’s methods/ideas in building my new company.
Hearing you speak was a special treat! Thanks for passing that along to all of us! (huh…tough biker dude…..hardly!!!) You’re great!!
And for those of you who have not read the book, get it, it’s worth the read!!

I heard this idea called the Blue Ocean Strategy. I did not know it was in a twenty year old book. I thought this might be at the core of what you do once I read about it. I like the "golden ladder" metaphor better than the "ocean".
I’m pretty sure I passed on buying that book a couple of times –Doh
Always great stuff, I’m a fan. Happy birthday.
